Conference facilities

Alpha Conference Centre offers you a wide variety of conference and training facilities - from the self-contained executive legotla or bosberaad facility for private meetings to the 250-seat auditorium. An on-site generator prevents power interruptions from stalling your conference or meeting.

The private facility includes a boardroom, accommodation, lounge, and meals can be served at the facility. Complete privacy is assured.

The 250 seat auditorium has full audio equipment and facilities for audio taping and conference proceedings. Theatre style seating in raised tiers ensures delegates have a clear view of proceedings. Special equipment that may be required can be hired.

The auditorium has a spacious reception. The area has serving counters and ablution facilities to ensure minimal disruption to proceedings. Adjoining the auditorium, two break-away rooms offer additional working environments for delegates.

The Centre has 10 meeting rooms, all are air-conditioned and fully equipped. Seating can be arranged according to specification.

Alpha Conference Centre aspires to contribute to skills development in South Africa by providing affordable conference facilities and efficient service.

Should you require the venue for an extended period, we are able to arrange special economy packages. Please ask about these special rates.

The fee includes teas, sandwiches, lunch and the conference facilities.
The Conference Rooms are equipped, and delegates are provided with cordials, memo pads and pens.

Catering


Please discuss your catering needs with us. Alpha Conference Centre aspires to meet the various dietary needs and preferences of our guests.
Our buffet and outdoor barbeque are firm favourites among our guests.
The buffet offers a selection of meat dishes, vegetables, salads and refreshments.
The braai options are determined by the available budget for meals. Choices include sosasties, traditional boerewors, steak, lamb and chicken. A selection of salads and refreshments accompany every braai.
The outdoor dining area is in close proximity to our lounge and bar. Conclude the evening over a drink, a game of darts, or conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.
